Christmas Leftovers

I don't normally submit to this category but this time I just has to. In the odd days following Xmas when the kitchen is full of nibble food and precious little else, you can find yourself scrounging for things to eat that wouldn't normally need to be served on top of a cracker. What to do?

This is leg ham, semi-dried tomatoes lightly fried in garlic oil, with mashed avocado and light cream cheese worked through the pasta (in some kind of vague cabonara style) and with thin slivers of double brie on top.

I knew I was eating a potential heart attack but ye gods...
